CAN I USE THIS WITH MULTIPLE CHILDREN?

Yes, your purchase entitles you to use it for anyone in your immediate family.  Since there are various levels included with a single purchase, you can choose to print an easier level for a younger student, and a more complex level for an older student.

FAQ's - Purchase

PURCHASING THE PRODUCT

  • What does my purchase include?
    • After you purchase the product, you will immediately receive an email from Wisdom and Righteousness (to the email account used through Paypal) which will contain a link to download the file.  The file is a PDF.  If you purchased an audio product, your purchase includes a PDF of the lyrics, along with MP3 Files. You will need Adobe Reader to read the PDF.  If needed, get a free download of Adobe Reader.
    • Your purchase authorizes you to use the product as many times as you like within your own immediate family.  YOU DO NOT need to purchase multiple copies for each child.
  • I paid by e-check.  When will the download be available?
    • E-check payments will require the check to clear prior to receiving the download.  Many times, the check will take 2-3 business days to clear, and you will receive your download email after 12:00pm on the following business day.  Keep this in mind when ordering around holidays and weekends.

DOWNLOADING THE PRODUCT

  • How Do I Download The Product?
    • Once your transaction is processed, you will automatically receive an email with download links within a few minutes of your purchase.  Form there, you can click on each link, then go to file>save as and select where you want to save the file on your computer.
  • I am having trouble opening my file (MAC)?
    • MAC computers will oftentimes choose to open Adobe files in a program called “Preview” (this is a default from the manufacturer).  When you open a PDF document in Preview, the document will sometimes not look right, or the links will not work.  All files from Wisdom and Righteousness are standard PDF files, and should be opened in Adobe Acrobat.  If your MAC is opening it in Preview, just go back to where you saved the file, and rather than double-clicking to open the file, right-click and select “Open File with”.  Choose Adobe, and it will open the file in Adobe Reader.
  • My link has expired.
    • You have 30 days to download the files.  Should circumstances prevent you from doing so, just send me a quick email letting me know the date you purchased the files and the email address that was used to purchase the product, and I would be happy to reactivate the link for you!
  • I can’t find my files.
    • When you download the file, the computer will prompt you for a location to save your file.  Note that location so that you can find the file at a later date.  If you forgot where you saved the file, you may use the “Search for files” tool on your computer (click the start button in windows and the search field will be right above that).  Files with that title will pop up and you will be able to locate the file.  Still having trouble?  just send me a quick email letting me know the date you purchased the files and the email address that was used and I would be happy to reactivate the link and re-send the download email to you!
